Browns land one player on PFF’s top 32 linebacker rankings list

The Cleveland Browns have one player on Pro Football Focus's top 32 linebacker rankings list for the 2023 season.

That player is Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, who was ranked 25th overall. Owusu-Koramoah is coming off a strong rookie season in which he recorded 109 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and two interceptions.

PFF's Eric Eager wrote the following about Owusu-Koramoah:

Owusu-Koramoah was one of the most versatile defenders in the NFL as a rookie, and he should only get better in his second season. He's a sideline-to-sideline player who can make plays in both the run and pass game. He's also a good blitzer, and he's shown the ability to play in coverage.

The Browns also have Anthony Walker Jr. and Sione Takitaki at linebacker. Walker is a solid run defender, while Takitaki is a good pass rusher. However, Owusu-Koramoah is the most talented linebacker on the Browns' roster, and he has the potential to be a star in the NFL.

The Browns are hoping that Owusu-Koramoah can build on his strong rookie season in 2023. If he can do that, the Browns' defense will be one of the best in the NFL.
