Here are some of the other things to keep an eye on during Week 2 of the NFL preseason:

  • The development of young quarterbacks. Several teams will be giving their young quarterbacks a chance to play in Week 2, including the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and Green Bay Packers.
  • The battle for roster spots. With the regular season just a few weeks away, teams will be starting to make decisions about who will make the final roster. Some players will be looking to solidify their spot, while others will be trying to make a late push.
  • The health of key players. Several teams will be looking to get some of their key players back on the field in Week 2. The Dallas Cowboys, for example, will be hoping that quarterback Dak Prescott will be able to play after missing most of last season with an ankle injury.
